Emily Galasco joined ISW as Accounting Manager in November 2023. She oversees the accounting and finance functions of the organization, including ISW’s annual budget, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. Before joining ISW, Emily served as director of finance for a small healthcare conglomerate in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to that, she spent several years in public accounting working as an auditor across a broad range of industries, including the non-profit sector.
Emily brings to ISW her expertise in accounting for non-profits, as well as non-profit compliance. She has a methodical and analytical approach to her work, which lends itself to high levels of accuracy in the organization’s budgetary and reporting processes.
Emily graduated summa cum laude from Elmira College with a B.S. in Accounting. She has been licensed as a certified public accountant (CPA) for 8 years.
