There are more weapons and aid getting to the Syrian rebels these days and it’s making a difference on the ground. Marco Werman speaks with Joseph Hollliday of the Institute for the Study of War in Washington. Holliday has been monitoring Syria’s borders and noting what’s going across from neighboring countries.
