Allie Jansen

Allie Jansen is the Human Resources Manager at the Institute for the Study of War. Prior to joining ISW, Allie spent six years in the recruitment space, with over three years dedicated to strategic growth and national sales team expansion for pharmaceutical companies. Allie most recently worked in the non-profit space supporting a women’s fraternity in a Human Resources Manager role. Allie brings passion for leadership development, employee engagement and the creation of positive work culture. She provides critical skills in policy creation, workforce expansion, compliance, and process improvement.

Allie graduated from Manchester University with a B.S. in Psychology with a double minor in Communications and Peace Studies.
